Now, we are expanding our operations in Indonesia — and we’re looking for a talented Internal Sales Admin to join our growing team in Jakarta.

Position Overview

The Internal Sales Admin will play a key role in supporting both commercial and technical aspects of ARI-Armaturen’s business operations in Indonesia. This position requires an organized, customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and familiarity with ERP systems.

You’ll work closely with our headquarters in Germany during the ERP implementation phase, ensuring integration and communication run smoothly across departments.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in ERP integration and collaborate with headquarters during the implementation phase.
  • Provide customer service by managing inquiries, quotations, and technical product support.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order handling, quotations, and delivery coordination.
  • Prepare and issue proforma invoices and assist with import documentation for ARI valves.
  • Support sales personnel, distributors, and end users to maintain order accuracy and flow.
  • Maintain strong and professional communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Act as a connecting link between PT ARI Indonesia and ARI-Armaturen Germany.
  • Uphold the company’s customer service standards and reputation for reliability.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or a related industrial sales support role.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and sales order processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Technical understanding of industrial products (valves, pumps, or mechanical systems) is an advantage.
  • Strong English communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiar with invoicing and importation procedures.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment.
