About the Role

The Technical Supervisor will oversee service operations, customer support, and the technical team at ARI-Armaturen Malaysia. The successful candidate will ensure that all customer requests are handled efficiently and that every technical issue is addressed with accuracy and professionalism.

You will act as the key bridge between the service team, management, and customers, ensuring a seamless flow of technical operations. Your leadership and analytical skills will play a vital role in maintaining ARI’s reputation for excellence and reliability in the Malaysian market.

Your Job Duties

• As Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
• Overseeing daily service and technical support requests from customers, ensuring timely and proficient handling.
• Supervising and motivating the technical team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports and submitting forecasts to the General Manager.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and distribution partners.
• Identifying new market opportunities, including industries such as F&B, Power, Maritime, and HVAC.
• Ensuring smooth technical processes, accurate documentation, and compliance with company standards.
• Providing coaching, mentoring, and development support to technical team members.
• Representing ARI-Armaturen’s values of quality and service excellence in all interactions.
• This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can manage people, projects, and priorities effectively.

Your Profile

• The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
• Proven experience in a Service Management or Technical Supervisor position within an industrial environment.
• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong understanding of industrial sectors, including process, energy, and manufacturing industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems and scheduling management tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia and across the ASEAN region.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational ability, and customer orientation.
